The 74HC1G14GW is a inverting schmitt trigger in 5 pin TSSOP package. This high speed Si-gate CMOS device provides an inverting buffer function with schmitt trigger action. The 74HC1G14GW is capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined and jitter free output signals. Typical application includes wave and pulse shapers, astable multivibrators and monostable multivibrators.
