●The 74HC245D is a octal bus transceiver with 3 state outputs in 20 pin SOIC package. This high speed Si-gate CMOS device is pin compatible with low power schottky TTL (LSTTL). The 74HC245D octal transceiver features non inverting 3 state bus compatible outputs in both send and receives directions. It also features an output enable input for easy cascading, send/receive input (DIR) for direction control and control buses are effectively isolated.
