AD8065ARZ - ADI Function Overview

The AD8065ARZ is a 145MHz High Performance Single FastFET™ Operational Amplifier with FET inputs offering high performance and ease of use. It is a single voltage feedback amplifier that provides excellent overall performance. With a wide supply voltage range from 5 to 24V, the ability to operate on single supplies and a bandwidth of 145MHz, the AD8065 is designed to work in a variety of applications. For added versatility, the amplifiers also contain rail-to-rail outputs. The amplifier is developed in the proprietary XFCB process and allows exceptionally low noise operation (7.0nV/√Hz and 0.6fA/√Hz) as well as very high input impedance.
