ATXMEGA64A3-AU - ATMEL Function Overview

The ATXMEGA64A3-AU is a 8-bit low power high performance AVR Microcontroller features 64kB self-programming flash program memory, 4kB boot code section, 4kB SRAM, 2048B EEPROM, 4-channel DMA controller, 8-channel event system and up to 32 MIPS throughput at 32MHz. The device can be used in a wide range of applications, such as building, board, climate control, hand-held battery applications. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the XMEGA A3 achieves throughputs approaching 1 Million Instructions Per Second (MIPS) per MHz allowing the system designer to optimize power consumption versus processing speed.
