KBPC3501 - Multicomp Function Overview

The KBPC3501 from Multicomp is a glass passivated bridge rectifier with solderable 0.25" FAST ON terminals. The rectifier bridge consists of four silicon junctions connected as a full bridge. It has electrically isolated base -2000volts for maximum heat dissipation.
Maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage Vrrm is 100V
Maximum RMS bridge input voltage Vrms is 70V
Maximum average forward rectified output current I(AV) at Tc = 55°C is 35A
Peak forward surge current 8.3ms single half sine wave super imposed on rated load Ifsm is 400A
Operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C
