MAX4624EZT+T - Maxim Integrated Function Overview

The MAX4624EZT+T is a low voltage, single supply SPDT analogue switch in 6 pin TSOT-23 package. This low-on resistance analogue switch operates from single 1.8V to 5.5V supply. The MAX4624 has break before make switching and it has fast switching speeds (tON = 50ns maximum, tOFF = 50ns maximum). It offers 1ohm maximum on-resistance (RON) with 0.12ohm maximum RON matching and 0.12ohm maximum on-resistance flatness when powered from +5V supply. The digital logic inputs are TTL compatible when using a single +5V supply. This switch has overcurrent protection to prevent damage from short circuits and excessive loads The MAX4624 is pin compatible with MAX4544 device. It is used in power routing, battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, communications circuits. It is used in PCMCIA cards, modems and hard drives.
