●The MAX626CSA+ is a dual, inverting monolithic power MOSFET driver in 8 pin NSOIC package. It is designed to translate TTL inputs to high voltage/current outputs. Delay times are nearly independent of VDD. This high current output driver rapidly charges and discharges the capacitance of even largest power MOSFET to within millivolts of supply rail which produces minimum on-resistance. The high speed MAX626 minimizes power losses in switching power supplies, DC to DC converters, pin diode drivers and charge pump voltage inverters.
