MAX6390XS29D4+T - Maxim Integrated Function Overview

The MAX6390XS29D4+T is a single low voltage, low power microprocessor (µP) reset circuit in 4 pin SC-70 package. This microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit monitors power supply voltage ranging from +1.8V to +5V while consuming only 3µA of supply current at +1.8V. Whenever VCC falls below the factory-set reset thresholds, the reset output asserts and remains asserted for a minimum reset timeout period after VCC rises above the reset threshold. It has an open-drain active-low reset output. It offers a manual reset input with a longer VCC reset timeout period (1120ms or 1200ms) and a shorter manual reset timeout (140ms or 150ms). Typical application includes controllers, intelligent instruments, critical microprocessor (µP) and microcontroller (µC) power monitoring and battery powered equipment.
Supply voltage range is 1V to 5.5V
Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
Reset threshold voltage is 2.93V
Reset threshold accuracy is ±2.5%
Reset output state is valid to VCC = 1V
