MAX825SEUK+T - Maxim Integrated Function Overview

The MAX825SEUK+T is a microprocessor supervisory circuit with watchdog timer and manual reset in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This microprocessor"s (µP"s) reset input starts the µP in a known state and µP supervisory circuit assert a reset to prevent code execution errors during power-up, power-down and brownout conditions. It is specifically designed to ignore fast transients on VCC and significantly improve system reliability, accuracy compared to separate ICs or discrete components.
Supply voltage range is 1.2V to 5.5V
Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
Precision monitoring of +2.5V, +3V, +3.3V and +5V power supplies
Reset threshold voltage is 2.93V
manual reset input and a complementary active-high reset
Fully specified over temperature
Power on reset is 200ms
Reset (complimentary) valid to VCC = 1V
Power supply transient immunity
No external components for watchdog or reset function
