MCP4131-103E/P - Microchip Function Overview

The MCP4131-103E/P is a 7-bit (129 wiper steps) non-volatile Digital Potentiometer with volatile memory, programmed/reprogrammed through an SPI compatible interface. It features zero to full-scale wiper operation. It supports split rail applications.
128 Resistors with taps to VSS and VDD
SPI compatible interface
<100ppm Typical absolute (rheostat)
<10ppm Typical ratiometric (potentiometer) low tempco
100R Typical low wiper resistance
Resistor network terminal disconnect
Brown-out reset protection (1.5V typical)
Serial interface inactive current (2.5µA typical)
High-voltage tolerant digital inputs up to 12.5V
Supports split rail applications
Internal weak pull-up on all digital inputs
