OPA541AP - TI Function Overview

The OPA541AP is a high power, monolithic FET input operational amplifier in 11 pin TO-220 package. Internal current limit circuitry can be user programmed with single external resistor protecting amplifier and load from fault conditions. The OPA541 is fabricated using a proprietary bipolar/FET process. It uses single current limit resistor to set both positive and negative current limits. Applications currently using hybrid power amplifiers requiring two current limit resistors need not be modified.
Capable of operation from power supplies up to ±40V
Continuous current of 5A and peak current of 10A
Programmable current limit
Gain bandwidth product of 1.6MHz
Slew rate of 10V/µs
Input offset voltage of ±2mV
Input bias current of 4pA
Common mode rejection of 113dB
Power supply voltage from ±10V to ±35V
Operating temperature range from -25°C to 85°C
