●The PIC12F1822-I/SN is a 8-pin Flash Microcontroller with XLP technology. This family of devices contain an enhanced mid-range 8-bit CPU core. The CPU has 49 instructions. Interrupt capability includes automatic context saving. The hardware stack is 16 levels deep and has overflow and underflow reset capability. Direct, indirect and relative addressing modes are available. Two file select registers (FSRs) provide the ability to read program and data memory. The program memory can be accessed as data by setting bit 7 of the FSRxH register and reading the matching INDFx register. The MOVIW instruction will place the lower eight bits of the addressed word in the W register. Writes to the program memory cannot be performed via the INDF registers.
