●The REF02CSZ is a precision 5V voltage reference/temperature transducer in 8 lead NSOIC package. It provides stable 5V output with minimal change of variations in supply voltage, ambient temperature or load conditions. It is used with an external buffer and simple resistor network. The TEMP terminal can be used for temperature sensing and approximation. A TRIM terminal is also provided on device for fine adjustment of output voltage. The small footprint, wide supply range and application versatility makes REF02CSZ references as ideal for general purpose application.
