TCM809TENB713 - Microchip Function Overview

The TCM809TENB713 is a 3-pin Microcontroller Reset Monitor with active-low push-pull RESET output. The supervisor circuit designed to monitor VDD in digital systems, providing a reset signal to the host processor, when necessary. No external components are required. The RESET output is typically driven active within 65µs of VDD falling through the reset voltage threshold. RESET is maintained active for a minimum of 140ms after VDD rises above the reset threshold. The output of the TCM809 is valid down to VDD=1V. It is optimized to reject fast transient glitches on the VDD line.
