TIP147 - ST Microelectronics Function Overview

The TIP147 is a complementary PNP Power Transistor with low collector-emitter saturation voltage. It is manufactured in planar technology with base island layout. The resulting transistor show exceptional high gain performance coupled with very low saturation voltage. Designed for use in linear and switching industrial applications.
