TL7660IDR - TI Function Overview

The TL7660IDR charge pump voltage doubler from Texas Instruments converts current to allow you to have a different voltage supplied to any element in your circuit. With an output that has a voltage of -1.5 to -10|3 to 20 V, this is power management at its best. Tape and reel packaging will encase this product during shipment, in order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of components. This device has a minimum operating supply voltage of 1.5 V and a maximum of 10 V. This inverting charge pump has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 125 °C.
