UCC3813D-3 - TI Function Overview

Easily modulate voltage levels to meet your project"s specifications using the Texas Instruments UCC3813D-3 current controller. This current mode controller supports boost|buck|flyback|forward topology. Its single PWM output produces a current of 1000 mA. Its switching regulator has a frequency of 1000 kHz. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This current mode controller"s maximum duty cycle is 100 %. This device has a maximum of 12 V. This current mode controller has an operating temperature range of 0 °C to 70 °C.
