The 1N825A is a temperature compensated Zener Reference Diode with hermetically sealed glass case, corrosion-resistant tin-plated leads finish and cathode band polarity. This silicon device is low-level and temperature compensated. Oxide-passivated junction give them stability and make this diode highly reliable reference sources. Glass-enclosed construction provides a rugged, hermetically sealed unit.
