The ABM series from Panduit are 4way adhesive backed mounts. These adhesive backing allows routing of wires and cables where mounting holes cannot be drilled.

The 4-way adhesive backed cable tie mount in white is mounted with rubber adhesive tape. It is 1" long x 1" wide (25.4 x 25.4mm) and made of ABS material.
