It has an initial accuracy of 1mV. With an output that has a voltage of 2.5/3 V, this is power management at its best. Use this part at voltages lower than 36 V. At a load regulation of 75uV/mA and line regulation of 10uV/V a constant current can be produced at the output of your circuit. This voltage reference circuit supports shunt|series topology. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. It runs with a maximum temperature coefficient of 3ppm/°C. This voltage reference circuit has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C.
