The ADG936BCPZ is a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) dual CMOS Analog Switch provides high isolation and low insertion loss to 1GHz. The ADG936 is an absorptive/matched dual SPDT with 50R terminated shunt legs. It is designed such that the isolation is high over the dc to 1GHz frequency range. It has on-board CMOS control logic, eliminating the need for external controlling circuitry. The control inputs are both CMOS and LVTTL compatible. The low power consumption of this CMOS device makes them ideal.
● CMOS/LVTTL Control logic
● High off isolation
● Low insertion loss
● <1µA Low power consumption
● -3dB at 4.5GHz Wideband switch
