The ADS8322Y is a 16-bit Analog-to-digital Converter (ADC) with an internal 2.5V reference. The device includes a 16-bit capacitor-based successive approximation register (SAR) A/D converter with inherent sample-and-hold. The ADC offers a full 16-bit interface or a 8-bit option where data are read using two read cycles and eight pins.
