The AMC1200EVM is a full featured evaluation board for the AMC1200 single channel precision isolation amplifier. The AMC1200 is an isolated single channel analog amplifier an output separated from the input circuitry by a silicon dioxide (SiO2) barrier that is highly resistant to magnetic interference. Used in conjunction with isolated power supplies, these devices prevent noise currents on a high common mode voltage line from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry. For use in high resolution measurement applications, the input of the AMC1200 is optimized for direct connection to shunt resistors or other low level signal sources. . The excellent performance of the device supports accurate current control resulting in system level power saving. The AMC1200EVM is a small form factor board containing all the necessary components to evaluate the AMC1200 device.
