The AQV414 is a MOSFET Relay with normally closed 6-pin type of 400V load voltage. It has 26R typical low on-resistance and it has been achieved thanks to the built-in MOSFET processed by our proprietary method, DSD (Double-diffused and Selective Doping) method. The PhotoMOS feature extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage to enable control of low-level analogue signals without distortion.
