The C8051F060-GQ is a highly integrated mixed-signal high-speed pipelined 8-bit ISP Flash Microcontroller featuring 8051-compatible CIP-51 core, 64kB of in-system programmable flash memory, 4352 (4096 + 256) byte of on-chip RAM, two separate 16-bit high speed (SAR) ADCs. Each ADC operates up to 1Msps; the highest resolution SAR ADC that has ever been integrated onto a microcontroller. In addition these devices include a 10-bit ADC and two separate 12-bit DACs. With on-chip VDD monitor, watchdog timer and clock oscillator, the C8051F06x family of devices are truly stand-alone system-on-a-chip solutions. All analog and digital peripherals are enabled/disabled and configured by user firmware. The flash memory can be reprogrammed even in-circuit, providing non-volatile data storage and also allowing field upgrades of the 8051 firmware.
