The CNY66 is a 1-channel 4-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. The single components are mounted opposite one another, providing a distance between input and output for highest safety requirements of >3mm. It is suitable for line receiver and microprocessor system interface.
