The ICL7662EBD+ is a CMOS voltage converter in 14 pin NSOIC package. This is a monolithic charge pump voltage inverter which converts positive voltage in the range of 4.5V to 20V to the corresponding negative voltage -4.5V to -20V. It provides performance far superior to previous implementation of charge pump voltage inverters by combining low quiescent current with high efficiency and it has an oscillator, control circuitry and 4 power MOS switches on-chip with only two external low cost capacitor required. This device is used in data acquisition systems and RS232 power supplies.

● Typical open circuit conversion efficiency of 99.7%
