The ILQ620 is a 4-channel 16-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler with AC input. The phototransistor optocoupler that uses inverse parallel GaAs IRLED emitter and high gain NPN silicon phototransistors per channel. This device is constructed using over/under lead-frame optical coupling and double moulded insulation resulting in a withstand test voltage of 5300VRMS. The LED parameters and the linear CTR characteristics make this device well suited for AC voltage detection.
