The ISL60002DIH310Z-T7A is a precision low power FGA voltage reference in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This very high precision analogue voltage reference is fabricated in Intersil"s floating gate analogue technology and feature low supply voltage operation at ultra low 350nA operating current. The floating gate technology creates references with very low drift and supply current. The device features initial accuracy as low as ±5mV and 20ppm/°C temperature coefficient. The initial accuracy and temperature stability performance, low supply voltage and 350nA power consumption of ISL60002 eliminates the need to compromise thermal stability for reduced power consumption making it an ideal companion to high resolution, low power data conversion systems. It is used in high resolution A/Ds and D/As digital meters.
