The LPC2220FET144/G is a flashless 16-/32-bit Microcontroller based on ARM7TDMI-S CPU with real-time emulation and embedded trace support. For critical code size applications, the alternative 16-bit Thumb mode reduces code by more than 30 % with minimal performance penalty. The device incorporates 16kB on-chip SRAM, 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter, three 32-bit timers, PWM channels, up to nine external interrupt pins and 76 general-purpose I/O pins.
● Serial bootloader using UART0 provides in-system download and programming capabilities
● EmbeddedICE-RT and Embedded Trace interfaces offer real-time debugging
● Two 32-bit timers, PWM unit, real-time clock and watchdog
● Multiple serial interfaces including two UARTs (16C550), fast I2C-bus (400 Kbit/s) and two SPIs
● Vectored interrupt controller with configurable priorities and vector addresses
● Configurable external memory interface w/up to 4 banks, each up to 16MB and 8/16/32-bit data width
● Up to 76 general purpose pins (5V tolerant) capable
● Up to nine edge/level sensitive external interrupt pins available
● 75MHz Maximum CPU clock available from programmable on-chip PLL
● On-chip crystal oscillator with an operating range of 1MHz to 25MHz
● Power saving modes include Idle and power-down
● Processor wake-up from power-down mode via external interrupt
● Individual enable/disable of peripheral functions for power optimization
