The M24128-BWMN6P is a 128kB I²C serial access Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) organized as 16K x 8-bit. The M24128-BW can operate with a supply voltage from 2.5 to 5.5V. This device operates with a clock frequency of 1MHz (or less). The identification page can be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be (later) permanently locked in read-only mode.
