The MAX11127ATI+ is a 1Msps, low power, serial 10bit, 16-channel analogue to digital converter (ADC) in 28 pin TQFN package. This device with external reference and industry leading 1.5MHz, full linear bandwidth, high speed and serial output successive approximation register ADC. It includes both internal & external clock modes, device features scan mode in both internal, external clock modes. The internal clock mode has internal averaging to increase SNR. The external clock mode has SampleSetK technology, user programmable analogue input channel sequencer. The SampleSet approach provides greater sequencing flexibility for multichannel applications while alleviating significant microcontroller or DSP (controlling unit) communication overhead.
