The MAX11129ATI+ from Maxim Integrated Products is a 3Msps, low power, serial 10bit, 16-channel analogue to digital converter (ADC) in 28 pin TQFN package. This device with external reference and industry leading 1.5MHz, full linear bandwidth, high speed and serial output SAR ADC. It includes both internal & external clock modes, device feature scan mode in both internal, external clock modes. The internal clock mode has internal averaging to increase SNR. The external clock mode has SampleSet™ technology, user programmable analogue I/P channel sequencer. The SampleSet™ approach provides greater sequencing flexibility for multichannel applications while alleviating significant microcontroller or DSP (controlling unit) communication overhead. Excellent dynamic performance, low voltage, low power, ease of use & small package makes this IC ideal for portable battery powered, data acquisition and for other applications that demand low power consumption & small space
