The MAX14739EVKIT# is an evaluation kit for MAX147389 device. This evaluation kit (EV kit) is a fully assembled and tested circuit board that demonstrates the functionality of MAX14739 overvoltage protection (OVP) device. The MAX1479 is a high current overvoltage protector with adjustable OVLO. This overvoltage protection device features a low 76mohm on-resistance (RON) internal FET and protects low voltage systems against voltage faults up to +36V. When the input voltage exceeds the overvoltage threshold, the internal FET is turned off to prevent damage to the protected components.
