The MAX4619CUE+T from Maxim Integrated Products is a high speed, low voltage CMOS three single pole/double throw (SPDT) analogue switch in 16 pin TSSOP package. This three channel CMOS device operates continuously with +2V to +5.5V single supply. Each switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals. The off leakage current is only 1nA at TA = +25°C and 10nA at TA = +85°C. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using single +5V supply. The MAX4619 is used in battery operated equipment, audio/video signal routing, communications circuits and low voltage data acquisition systems.
