The MAX4721EBL+T is a dual SPST analogue switch in 9 pin UCSP package. This low voltage, low on-resistance (RON) analogue switch operates from a single 1.8V to 5.5V supply. It is designed for USB 1.1 and audio switching applications. The device offers tON of less than 80ns and tOFF less than 40ns at +2.7V. The digital logic inputs are 1.8V logic compatible with 2.7V to 3.6V supply. It has maximum on-resistance of 4.5ohm, maximum on-resistance flatness of 1.2ohm and maximum on-resistance match between channels of 0.3ohm at TA = +25°C with single +3V supply. The MAX4721EBL packaged in a chip scale package (UCSP) which significantly reduces required PC board area. The device is used in battery operated equipments, audio/video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems and sample and hold circuits.
