The MAX6037AAUK12+T is a low dropout, micropower voltage reference with shutdown mode in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This is a low dropout, micropower voltage reference with fixed output voltage of 1.25V. The output is stable driving loads from 0.02µF to 1µF and can source and sink 5mA of load current. It offers a low temperature coefficient of ±6ppm/°C and initial accuracy of 0.2%. The low dropout voltage and independent supply voltage, low supply current makes this device ideal for battery powered applications.
