The MAX7624CPE+ is a CMOS 8bit buffered multiplying DAC in 16 pin DIP package. The CMOS 8bit buffered digital to analogue converter will interface directly to most microprocessors. On-chip input latches make the DAC interface similar to a RAM write cycle where WR and CS are the only control inputs required. Linearity up to ±1/8LSB and power consumption is less than 10mW. It has +5V TTL/CMOS compatible inputs for a +12V to +15V supply range. Typical applications include microprocessor controlled gain, function generators, bus structured, automatic test equipment and digital control systems.
