The MCP1801T-3302I/OT is a high PSRR, ceramic output capacitor stable low dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulator with shutdown. It provides a low noise, highly stable output due to its excellent transient response while consuming only 25µA of quiescent current. Regulator over current limit with current foldback provides excellent short-circuit protection. This is a family of CMOS low dropout (LDO) voltage regulators that can deliver up to 150mA of current while consuming only 25µA of quiescent current (typical). The input operating range is specified from 2.0V to 10.0V, making it an ideal choice for two to six primary cell battery-powered applications, 9V alkaline and one or two cell Li-ion-powered applications.
● 70dB Typical at 10kHz high PSRR
● 25µA Typical quiescent current
● Stable with ceramic output capacitor
● Current limit protection
● Shutdown pin
