The MCT62H is a 2-channel 8-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode. The elements are mounted on one lead-frame, providing a fixed distance between input and output for highest safety requirement. It is suitable for galvanically separated circuits and non-interacting switches.
