The MOC3062XSM is a 6-pin Optically Coupled Isolator consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode coupled with a monolithic silicon detector performing the functions of a zero crossing bilateral TRIAC mounted. It is suitable for CRTs and power TRIAC driver.
