The NCP1402SN33T1G is a PFM step-up monolithic Micro-power step-up DC to DC Switching Regulator that is specially designed for powering portable equipment from one or two cell battery. This device is designed to start-up with a cell voltage of 0.8V and operates down to less than 0.3V. With only three external components, this series allows a simple means to implement highly efficient converter that is capable of up to 200mA.
