The NCV51400MWTXG is a 3A VTT termination regulator for DDR1, DDR2, DDR3, LPDDR3, DDR4 in 10 pin DFN package. This source/sink double data rate (DDR) termination regulator is specifically designed for low input voltage and low noise systems where space is a key consideration. It supports a remote sensing function and all power requirements for DDR VTT bus termination. The NCP51400 can also be used in low power chipsets and graphics processor cores that require dynamically adjustable output voltages. Built-in soft start, undervoltage lockout and overcurrent limit. It has VCC supply current of 0.7mA (TA = 25°C, EN = 3.3V, no load) and VCC shutdown current of 65µA (TA = 25°C, EN = 0V, VRI = 0V, no load). It is typically used in DDR memory termination, servers, networking equipment, telecom/datacom, GSM base station, graphics processor core supplies, Chipset/RAM supplies as low as 0.5V and active bus termination applications.
