The PC354NTJ000F is a 1-channel PC354NJ0000F series AC Input Photocoupler contains an IRED optically coupled to a phototransistor. Collector-emitter voltage is 80V and CTR is 20% to 400% at input current of ±1mA. While operating at IF<1.0mA, CTR variation may increase. This product is not designed against irradiation and incorporates non-coherent IRED. In general, the emission of the IRED used in photocouplers will degrade over time. Due to SHARP"s double transfer mould construction submersion in flow solder bath is allowed under the below following guidelines, Flow soldering should be completed below 260°C and within 10s, preheating is within the bounds of 100 to 150°C and 30 to 80s.
● 4mA Maximum collector current
● Solvent cleaning
● Ultrasonic cleaning
● Hand soldering should be completed within 3s when the point of solder iron is below 400°C
