The SD103CWS-7-F is an ultra-small surface mount Schottky Barrier Diode encapsulated in a moulded plastic case. It has matte tin (lead-free plating) annealed over alloy 42 lead frame terminals and guard ring construction for transient protection. This Schottky barrier rectifier has been designed to meet the stringent requirements of automotive applications. It is ideally suited to use as a polarity protection diode, re-circulating diode and switching diode.
● Low forward voltage drop
● Negligible reverse recovery time
● Low reverse capacitance
● Totally lead-free
● Halogen and antimony-free - Green device
● Qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability
● PPAP Capable
● Moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020
● UL94V-0 Flammability rating
