The SFH601-3 is a 1-channel 6-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler with base connection. It comes with a gallium arsenide LED emitter which is optically coupled with a silicon planar phototransistor detector. The coupler transmits signals between two electrically isolated circuits.
