The SFH6206-3 is an AC input Phototransistor Output Optocoupler features a high current transfer ratio and high isolation voltage. This couplers have a GaAs infrared diode emitter, which is optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. The coupling device is designed for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits. The coupler is end-stackable with 2.54mm lead spacing.
