The SFH6721T is a 1-channel 8-pin High Speed Optocoupler consists of a GaAlAs infrared emitting diode, optically coupled with an integrated photodetector. The detector incorporates a Schmitt-trigger stage for improved noise immunity. A faraday shield provides a common-mode transient immunity of 2500V/µs at VCM=400V. It is suitable for replace pulse transformers, routine logic interfacing, high speed line receiver and microprocessor system interfaces.
