The SN74HCT02D is a quadruple 2-input Positive-NOR Gate contains four independent circuits. This device perform the Boolean function Y = A\ • B\ or Y = (A + B)\ in positive logic. The device operates at voltage range of 4.5 to 5.5V and outputs can drive up to 10 LSTTL loads.
