The SN75453BP is a dual very high speed high-current Peripheral Driver. The dual peripheral AND, NAND or and NOR drivers, respectively (assuming positive logic), with the output of the logic gates internally connected to the bases of the NPN output transistors.

● No output Latch-up at 20V

● TTL compatible diode-clamped inputs
● Plastic DIP (P) with copper lead frame provides cooler operation and improved reliability
●This device has limited built-in ESD protection, leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
